Preliminary Design Stage


• Confer with our planning department to establish the requirements of the project.
• Preparing necessary revisions to satisfy the requirements of the project.
• Prepare a final schematic design expressing the fundamental design approach and the total requirement of the project
• Preparing preliminary estimates based on the likely built-up area.
• Periodically inspect the excavation work and interact with the Geo-technical consultant for deciding the type of foundation.

Design Development Stage


• Performing the structural analysis for the loads and the forces acting on the structure.
• Design of the structure and preparing the R.C.C. designs of the building and prepare the BOQ.
• Brief the service consultants on the requirements to determine all necessary parameters of the project for the layout of the buildings.
• Prepare a revised estimate of the cost of the project based on the built-up area of the final structural design.

Municipal Drawing Stage


To co-ordinate with the Municipal Architect for complying the requirements of the local Government Authority.
• Prepare complete set of drawings (Foundations, plinth beams, columns/beams, slabs for floors) as required for local government approval.
• Submit all the necessary drawings for the building proposal as required for approval.

Detailed Design Stage


• Preparing sufficient Working drawings for preparing Bill of quantities and specifications for civil work.
• Co-ordinate with the planning department to prepare BOQ, Specifications, interior finishes, lift, Rcc work detailing stc.

Construction Stage


• Inspect the material testing report, and related discussions to construction procedures.
• Prepare balance working drawings and details in co-ordination with engineer in- charge
• Periodical visit the site for co-ordination meetings, supervise and inspect the work as may be necessary to ensure that the works are being executed in general accordance with the drawings and specifications and as per quality standards.
• To advise clients for critical decisions to be taken & appraise the clients on budgetary aspects of the project.
